Registration: Students can register themselves or their team through the SELL contact person of their school. The details of the contact persons are available here.

Important! Notify your name, date of birth, sport, possible records and need for accommodation to your contact person. You will also need to send your photo for the accreditation pass.

Admission fee: 25€/person/day, if registration is done before 20.3.2012.

Includes:

-         Participation right to the games and side events

-         Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

-         Travel right in public transport vehicles in the Helsinki region during the games

20.3-25.4 the price is 30€/person/day and 25.4 – 11.5 35€/person/day. So be on time! The participation fee does not cover travel costs to Otaniemi.

Note! The participation fee is always paid in FULL days. A day is considered to start at 4pm and last until 4pm the next day. Arriving earlier than 4pm on Thursday and/or leaving later than 4pm on Sunday does not affect the price. Maximum payment is 3 days (75€). The travel ticket, meals and side events are always included in the price, whether they are used or not. However, please notify the organizers if meals are not needed. Please note that the fee does NOT include accommodation.

Note! Participants in team sports (football, floorball, volleyball, basketball, ultimate) ALWAYS pay for the full 3 days (75€).

Accommodation: Floor lodging can be booked separately at the price 5€/person/ day. Note! The organizers do NOT provide sleeping bags or mattresses! Participants will need to bring their own.
