The traditional SELL Student Games will be one of the largest and most international student sports events in Finland in 2012. The games will be organized in Espoo, Otaniemi, on 17-20th May 2012 and they are hosted by Aalto University Sports Club and Aalto University Student Union. Sustainability is a major theme in the games in 2012 and it will be considered in all important logistic actions of the event.

SELL Games are a multi-sport student sports event open to all university and polytechnic students in the world. The games are hosted in alternate years by SELL countries (Suomi, Eesti, Latvija, Lietuva). The games include 14 different sports. Team sports include basketball, volleyball, football, floorball and ultimate. Individual sports are athletics, judo, fencing, frisbeegolf, tennis, chess, badminton, orienteering, swimming. There is no age limit, record or level requirements and all sport events will be organized both in men’s and women’s categories. The actual games last for three days (18-20 May 2012). Registration will begin November 15th 2011 through a contact person at your own school or directly at the SELL 2012 website.
